Case 1: You received a damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing order.

1a) If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing when you get it, please contact us within 7 days. We cannot accept return requests made after 7 days.

1b) You need to send us a picture of your Order Invoice, which is inside your package. This helps us check your order. Without the invoice, we might not be able to process your return. If your order is damaged or incorrect, we may also ask for a picture of the product.

1c) After we check your complaint within 48 hours, we will arrange to pick up the product from your address.

1d) All products must be returned in their original condition (unused, with all seals and tags intact) and with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. We will check the products at our warehouse to make sure they are in their original condition. We may refuse your return if the product is damaged, used, or in poor condition.

1e) If your request is approved, Bloomify will pay for the delivery charges for both pickup and re-delivery of your order.

Case 2: You need a different variant, shade, or type than the one you ordered.

2a) If you need a different variant, shade, or type than what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. We cannot accept return requests made after 7 days.

2b) You need to send us a picture of your Order Invoice, which is inside your package. This helps us check your order. Without the invoice, we might not be able to process your return.

2e) If your exchange request is approved, your new order will be sent, and you will be charged Rs. 500 for delivery.

2f) If you want a refund, we will give you an Internal Credit voucher for the same amount. You can use this voucher at our store later. Bloomify cannot give you a monetary refund.

Other Refunds:

If you paid for your order and the products are out of stock at Bloomify, we will give you a monetary refund. A customer support representative will ask for your bank information, and the refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Note:

Parcel pick-ups can sometimes take up to 6 to 8 working days due to courier delays. Please be patient during the process.
